? Return Policy

• We only accept returns in front of the delivery person (rider).

• Once you receive the product, please check it thoroughly while the delivery rider is present.

• If you are not satisfied with the item, you may return it immediately to the rider by paying the delivery charge:

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳80

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳140

• Returns will not be accepted after the rider has left or if the product is checked later.

• Products must be returned in the same condition they were delivered (unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags).

? Advance Payment Policy

• We never ask for full advance payment.

• Kurtiistic only requests the delivery charge (DC) in advance for order confirmation.

• Please do not pay the full amount in advance — if full payment is made by the customer, Kurtiistic will not take any responsibility in case of loss or issue.

• Always confirm payment details through our official number or page only.

• If there is any delay from our end, we refund the delivery charge only as compensation.

• We appreciate your patience and understanding during unexpected delays (such as weather, strikes, etc.).
